nationwide. We host a variety of voice response applications on our
telecom server in Minneapolis. Remote administration allows Kuflink
personnel to add new applications, change existing programs, and download
reports quickly and efficiently.
 | Each of our clients is assigned a unique phone number (DID) for access
to our digital lines. |
| Callers are sent to the appropriate application based on the number
they dial (DNIS). |
| The caller's phone number (ANI) is logged and he/she is prompted
through the client application. |
